At Who Cares Consultancy we are a youth-led social enterprise supporting care-experienced and marginalised young people to build confident, connected and independent futures. Through our Whole Person Wellbeing Framework, practical resources, youth-led programmes, professional training and consultancy, we help young people thrive while supporting organisations to strengthen practice and create lasting change.
Our Mission
At Who Cares Consultancy, we are unapologetically youth-led and care-experienced. Our mission is to empower young people from marginalised backgrounds, especially those who've grown up in care, to reclaim their narratives, influence systems, and lead change. Through transformative training, consultancy, and creative youth-led projects, we elevate lived experience from a story to a strategy for impact.
We also create powerful, practical resource books that equip young people with the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate adulthood, independence, and the challenges ahead. Because we believe those who've been overlooked have the power to lead, and we're here to make sure they do.
