Who Cares? We Do.
At Who Cares Consultancy C.I.C, we believe that care is not just a feeling. It's a practice, a principle, and a powerful tool for transformation.
We are a values-driven social enterprise committed to disrupting systemic injustice and reshaping the way organisations think about inclusion, equity, and leadership. We work with teams, systems, and individuals to challenge harmful practices and co-create approaches that are relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in justice.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide care-experienced and marginalised children and young people with the tools they need to navigate independence with confidence. Through targeted resources, training, and workshops, we aim to:

Empower Children and Young People: Provide resources and training to help young people develop essential life skills.

Enhance Professional Practice: Improve and strengthen the skills of professionals working with marginalised communities.

Promote Youth Engagement, Voice, and Co-production: Foster environments where young people can actively participate, be heard, and lead change.

Deliver Comprehensive Support: Offer a wide range of services including training, workshops, educational programmes and consultancy for services supporting children and young people—especially those who are marginalised, disengaged, or at risk.

While our work is deeply informed by care-experienced voices, our services are available to all organisations working with children and young people navigating complex challenges.
Who Cares Consultancy was founded in response to a clear gap, systems often speak the language of care, but don’t always follow through in practice. We’ve witnessed services that act on behalf of people rather than with them, where young voices go unheard and professionals lack the support they need. We’re here to offer a different approach: one that is thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in care, creativity, and accountability.
